The Infinite Bargain Bin ships worldwide, including South Africa, the United States, Europe, and other international destinations.

If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at theinfinitebargainbin@gmail.com prior to placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification via email
  • Your order will be dispatched to the relevant fulfilment provider

Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or for security verification purposes.


🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • South Africa: 7–15 business days
  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Europe: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days

⚠️ Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Courier or logistics disruptions
  • Incorrect customer information
  • High order volumes

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential delays.


💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated as follows:

  • Free Shipping on selected products or promotions; or
  • Flat Rate Shipping, displayed at checkout

All applicable shipping costs will be clearly presented prior to purchase.


📦 Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to become available.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure availability to receive the delivery.


🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs handling fees

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in delays, returns, or disposal of the shipment, for which we are not liable.


📍 Customer Responsibility & Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Delivery issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information

If an error is identified, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.


📬 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Delivery delays within the stated timeframes

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in initiating a courier investigation.


📦 Split Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Supplier location
  • Warehouse logistics

You may receive items separately, each with its own tracking number.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

After this period:

  • Orders may already be in processing or fulfilment
  • Changes or cancellations may not be possible

This policy aligns with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.


Risk, Title & Liability

All orders are shipped via third-party carriers.

Risk of loss and ownership transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

We are not liable for:

  • Courier delays or failures
  • Customs processing delays
  • External factors beyond our control

🔒 Fraud Prevention & Delivery Verification

To protect against fraud and unauthorized transactions, we may:

  • Delay or hold shipments for verification
  • Request additional information before dispatch

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Delivery delays within stated timeframes are not grounds for refunds
  • All disputes must be raised with us prior to initiating a chargeback
  • Failure to comply with shipping terms may affect refund eligibility
