Welcome to The Infinite Bargain Bin. Throughout these Terms, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to The Infinite Bargain Bin.
The Infinite Bargain Bin operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms, as well as our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Stock unavailability
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued.
Orders may only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this period, the order may have entered processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.
By completing a purchase, you agree that:
- You have reviewed and accepted our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy
- Chargebacks or payment disputes will only be initiated after contacting us and allowing reasonable time for resolution
SECTION 4 – ORDER ACCURACY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

- Product selection
We are not responsible for errors made by the customer at checkout.

- Delays may occur due to customs, couriers, or external factors beyond our control
- Orders may be shipped in multiple packages
Risk of loss and ownership transfers to you once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Customs delays, duties, or import taxes
Failure to accept delivery or collect a package may result in:
- The package being returned or destroyed
- No eligibility for a refund unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy
SECTION 7 – REFUNDS, RETURNS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By purchasing from us, you agree that:
- Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our stated policy
- Delayed deliveries (within stated shipping timeframes) are not valid grounds for refunds
- Minor product variations (color, size, appearance) do not qualify as defects

SECTION 8 – CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By completing a purchase, you agree to the following conditions regarding payment disputes:

You agree to contact us at theinfinitebargainbin@gmail.com and allow us at least 5 business days to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute. -
Invalid Chargebacks
The following are considered invalid grounds for chargebacks:- Delivery delays within stated timeframes
- Dissatisfaction due to product expectations not aligned with descriptions
- Failure to read product details, shipping times, or policies
- Refusal to accept delivery

We reserve the right to submit the following evidence in response to disputes:- Proof of delivery

Abuse of Chargebacks
Customers who initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may:- Be permanently banned from our store
